Schoeman, M.U.P., leads Enterprise’s efforts to preserve and
protect affordable housing across the nation from the risks of changing
climate. She is a subject-matter expert in building science; urban
planning; climate finance; housing policy; and climate mitigation,
adaptation, and resiliency.

Zullo is the Director of Sustainability and Environmental
Impact at Jonathan Rose Companies where she oversees environmental and
healthy building design, retrofit, certification, and reporting
initiatives.

Tom
Chase joined New Ecology, Inc. (NEI) in 2014 and provides
energy efficiency, climate adaptation, and green building certification
guidance for projects. He leads NEI's climate change resilience work,
and has developed climate change resilience assessment protocols and
tools to complement NEI’s energy and water audit processes and building
design services.

Beauvais is principal for the climate change practice at
