I believe Donald Trump used the tax structure, strategies and incentives put into place by Obama during the Obama administration. Vilifying him for being smart enough to take advantage of the loopholes Obama missed is not exactly treason. His "convincing" of a New York Judge is just laughable as we all know they are incredibly biased AGAINST him.
