HOME Multifamily Underwriting Template Webinar On September 2, 2020 HUD's Office of Affordable Housing Programs (OAHP) hosted a webinar that discussed how HOME Multifamily Underwriting Template can be used as a resource to complete a portion of the HOME requirement to underwrite each commitment of HOME funds. The session included a brief overview of HOME regulations and then utilized a sample case study to demonstrate use of the template to underwrite a proposed multi-unit HOME project. This included determining if the project met the Participating Jurisdiction’s (PJ's) underwriting standards and the level of HOME subsidy required to ensure long-term sustainability. View the HOME Multifamily Underwriting Template Webinar HOME Four-Year Project Completion Deadline Webinar On September 16, 2020 OAHP hosted a webinar that explained the requirements described in Notice CPD-20-01: Four-Year Completion Requirement for HOME-Assisted Projects. HOME projects must be completed four years from the date of project commitment. Failure to meet this deadline may result in HUD terminating the project and the PJ repaying HOME funds.
