including a CEQA exemption for many transportation projects, a requirement
that some market-rate housing in housing elements be multi-family, and a bill

Controversial
Lafayette Apartment Project Approved
The controversial and long-delayed Terraces at Lafayette project -- involving
315 apartments -- was approved at the last meeting permitted under SB 330.
