HCD issued a Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for the Multifamily Housing Program (MHP) on June 5, 2015. The NOFA announced the availability of $47.5 million in MHP funding. The NOFA provided for an application submittal period will close on August 6, 2015.
HCD is announcing a 2015 MHP NOFA Amendment #1.
The Amendment stipulates the 811 Project-Based Rental Assistance (PRA) Program funds must be used for new construction and rehabilitation projects that will be occupied by qualified 811 tenants by August 1, 2019, and will have no more than 25 percent of the units restricted to disabled.
