Suprised?  I'm not, this is the totality of their Real Estate and Appraisal Knowledge, None.  This FOOL has not one credit from an institution of higher learning in Real Estate or Appraissing. How did he become so great?  He made it up.  They are nothing but frauds and cheats and need to be sued out of business.  If anyone has any issues with this character please do not hesitate, maybe we can get him and his Fraud Buddies out of our Real Estate Business.  I am sure he would make a good High School English Teacher.

By the way I was able to locate your 1 page resume, very impressive for a person of your superiority. I see you got a BA from Stetson University a School famous for training Haberdashers. It also looks as if you may have taken 4 or 5 seminars outside of the appraisal institute and licensing requirements.
