In addition, the Requirements for Document Custodians guide on eFannieMae.com was updated. Uniform Collateral Data Portal Now Available; New Training Tutorials
The Uniform Collateral Data PortalSM (UCDPSM) is now available for you to submit appraisal data files to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. You are encouraged to register and start uploading your files into the UCDP in advance of the required adoption dates. Registered users can access the UCDP on eFannieMae.com.With the launch of the UCDP, we are introducing the UCDP User Guide -- which is available once you log in to the application -- and two new online tutorials on eFannieMae.com to help train your staff responsible for uploading appraisal data files to the UCDP.ORIGINATING & UNDERWRITINGCustomer Contact Center Holiday Support Schedule Updated
In addition to the holiday closures previously listed on eFannieMae.com, the Customer Contact Center will also be closed on the following Saturdays:July 2 (Independence Day holiday weekend) September 3 (Labor Day holiday weekend) November 26 (Thanksgiving Day holiday weekend)

This release was successfully implemented the weekend of June 18, 2011. Compensatory Fee Invoice Update
In the first quarter of 2011, Fannie Mae began issuing compensatory fee invoices to servicers for failure to process severely aged loans according to the applicable state timelines. Last week, we notified servicers that under guidance from our regulator, we will retroactively invoice compensatory fees for 2010. For questions, please contact your Fannie Mae representative.
